The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions from this site. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to vary these Conditions of Use and any other basis upon which this site is to be used. As such, we suggest that you periodically check this portion of the website so as to stay informed of any changes, but your use of the site will be deemed to mean that you have accepted whatever Conditions of Use prevail at the time of such usage of the website as implying that you accept the basis upon which we want our website used.

Conditions of use
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Access to this website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

While we take all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from this website, we cannot ensure such attempts will be successful and we do not accept any liability for such viruses. You are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from this website.
You shall not, without our express approval, distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of funds, promotion, advertising, or solicitation for goods or services and you shall not use our website to solicit or encourage other persons to commit unlawful acts.
Making a purchase
Before making a purchase please make sure you have read and understood the descriptions, stock availablity and colour description (if applicable). Although we make every effort to provide accurate photographs of material, it is not possible to give an exact representation on all devices they are viewed on due to varying screen calibrations and colour settings.
Many of our stocks are limited and not repeatable. It is our aim to ensure we always have enough stock to fulfil orders of items promoted on our website but if for any reason we run out of a product before we've had time to refresh our site we will contact you and issue a full refund. Prices and availability of any promotions, goods and services advertised on this website are all subject to change.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery
At present we only deliver within mainland United Kingdom.
We aim to deliver within 4 to 5 working days of receipt of your order, but could take up to 7 working days to reach you. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days. There may be delays over the Easter, Christmas & New Year. The quoted delivery time also includes the time required for processing the order. Deliveries by Royal mail could take longer to reach you after shipment. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
Returns
Fabric is treated by us as an item made specifically for you, as it is cut from a larger roll and therefore is cut specifically to your required length. If you wish to return an item that hasn't been altered in any way since it was dispatched by us, you can e-mail enquiries@textilecentre.net to request a refund. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return postage cost and a cutting charge may apply. We reserve the right to refuse return requests that fall outside of the UK Sale of Goods act at our discretion.
Goods which have been cut or processed by the buyer will have been accepted by the buyer and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Any claim in respect of faults in the goods supplied, where the claim has not been made within 7 days of receipt, will be dealt with on the basis that the goods have been accepted by the buyer, and therefore cannot be rejected. No items will be accepted for return after 7 days of receipt. Please also note that a refund will not be given if items have been cleaned, or used contrary to any instructions on this website. If your order arrives damaged, you must e-mail enquiries@textilecentre.net (providing your Order Number, and the nature of the fault/damage) for instructions on returning the damaged items. A full refund will be made for the return of damaged items, if a claim has been made in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
